evio (エヴィオ) is a plug-and-play rhythm game developed and published by TOMY. The game simulates playing a violin to various classical and popular songs.

Gameplay

evio gameplay consists of the player using the included bow to play the violin controller, moving it along the infrared sensor to play notes as they reach the middle of the screen. At times, you are even required to move the bow slower to hit longer notes.

  • evio Jr. is aimed towards young girls who find evio too difficult. evio Jr. cannot connect to a TV or use expansion cartridges, however it comes pre-loaded with 50 songs, and a microphone that parents can use to sing along to each song.
