Genre Bullet Hell, Rhythm Game

Project Arrhythmia is a bullet hell rhythm game developed by Vitamin Games and published by Top Hat Studios. The game focuses on a (currently upcoming) story mode alongside custom levels made in its level editor. The game is currently released on PC in Early Access, with versions for major consoles planned.[1]

Gameplay

Project Arrhythmia, like other games in the bullet hell genre, focuses on the player avoiding colored objects on-screen that move to a level's song. Transparent helpers are used to warn for incoming attacks, while opaque objects deal damage. Players have three hits they can take before having to restart, either from the beginning of the song or from a checkpoint. Reaching a checkpoint regenerates a player's health completely. Players can boost through obstacles, which briefly makes them invincible. The game also features couch co-op play, allowing up to four players to play levels together.
